Our nannies are highly qualified and experience

We are committed to finding solutions that meet all of our clients' requirements, every single time. Our team consists of highly experienced experts in the field. Clients can trust that they are in good hands every step of the way because we never settle for anything less than the best.
We are Tampa Bay's exclusive nanny agency, recruiting full-time nannies, governesses, and private maternity nurses who possess a minimum of 5 years of childcare experience or suitable childcare qualifications. The majority of our candidates have over 10 years of experience in childcare and education. We conduct thorough interviews with all our candidates and meticulously verify their references and certificates.
Our Story
My name is Maya Dyakova, and I am the founder and owner of Our Good Nanny agency. I was born and raised in Europe and have always had a deep passion for children. I’ve worked as a nanny, babysitter, and Pre-K teacher, caring for children from birth to preschool age and supporting families through every stage of early development.
I hold a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential and have completed extensive training in CPR, First Aid, and childcare. I studied Early Childhood Education in college and am currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology at DeVry University. My background blends hands-on care with professional training, enabling me to run a nanny agency that is both warm and well-organized.
After working closely with many families in St. Petersburg, I realized that our community needed a reliable nanny agency that truly understands the needs of parents and children. That inspired me to create Our Good Nanny—a personal, high-quality service dedicated to matching families with trustworthy, experienced caregivers.
All of our caregivers are 21 or older, have a minimum of a high school education, and bring verified experience in childcare. They are certified in CPR and First Aid, hold a valid Florida driver’s license, and have successfully passed a comprehensive background check. Each caregiver is either a U.S. citizen or possesses a valid work permit.
At Our Good Nanny, your child’s safety, comfort, and happiness always come first. We look forward to meeting your family and helping you find a nanny you can trust.
Warmly,
Maya Dyakova
