My name is Lady Maya Dyakova-Peirce, and I am the heart, vision, and founder of Our Good Nanny—a sanctuary of care where excellence, warmth, and devotion come together. Born and raised in a life of refinement and elegance, I have learned to appreciate the value of quality, attention to detail, and thoughtful service. From an early age, I understood how a nurturing environment shapes happiness, growth, and well-being.
I come from a noble European lineage, steeped in tradition, grace, and service, and I was honored to receive the title of Lady, personally recognized by Her Majesty the late Queen Elizabeth II—a distinction that reflects a lifelong commitment to integrity, care, and excellence.
My journey into childcare began in living rooms and playrooms—as a nanny, babysitter, and Pre-K teacher. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Europe, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and specialized training in CPR and First Aid. I also speak seven languages, allowing me to connect with families and children from diverse backgrounds. I am currently expanding my expertise through a degree in Information Technology at DeVry University, blending traditional care with modern innovation to deliver elevated experiences for families.
